Cooking Classes

Great cooking isn't just about recipes - it's about technique. At the Weight Loss & Wellness Center Cooking Classes, you will learn fundamental skills for a lifetime of great healthy cooking and baking.

Enrollment is now open for the September 28 Cooking Class. 

Class Date/Time: Sept 28 from 6 to 7 p.m. via Microsoft Teams Online
Class Topic:  Protein Power!  Easy ways to increase your protein from all the food groups without meat.
Recipes:  Chaffles, Veggie Sliders and Energy Bites 
Cost: An insurance-coverage price quote will be provided, by email, prior to the class. Class will be submitted to insurance. If there is no insurance coverage, cost is $27.
